Reschedule Your BoomZip Service

We know things change, so we make it easy for you to cancel your reservations.

If you have any changes in your schedule and need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at: Contact Us with your name, the time of the original appointment and the desired change, but please note our cancellation policy below.

  1. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, we will not charge you any cancellation fee.  
  2. You will be charged 50% of the service fee  if you cancel between 8 and 24 hours before your booked appointment time.  
  3. You will be charged the full service fee if you cancel your appointment less than 8 hours before your booked appointment time or if you are a no-show.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you are considered a no-show and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service fee.

BoomZip professionals rearrange their schedules to be there for you. We are sure you understand our respect for their time and commitment to you and BoomZip. When you reschedule your booking, the BoomZip Pro may not be available and may have lost the opportunity to provide services to other clients.
