1. Want a specific BoomZip Pro to provide you service, and/or
2. Want to book one of BoomZip’s “CLUB” offerings (multi-session options), and/or
3. Don’t have access to BoomZip’s App, but you do want to book a BoomZip service, and/or
4. Want to book a service that is not listed in the App, but is available to be booked, and/or
5. Have a very unique request for BoomZip’s services, and/or
6. You have a question about any of the above!

If you do not have a Special Request, we encourage you to download BoomZip’s App and book your service(s) that way.

Read the form below and make your selections. Be sure and include explanatory info in the Other Details space.
Step 2
Click the Submit button to send us your request.
Step 3
We will review your request and reply as soon as we can with our ability to fulfill your request.
Step 4
You will then have the opportunity to approve and book your Request, or not.
This form is not an agreement by you to purchase a BoomZip service.

By submitting this form you agree to the terms shown on this page. Please note: Requests made using this form are not considered time-sensitive (i.e., these requests do not require immediate turnaround or reply). A 20% tip will be added automatically to your service fee for any service booked via Special Request. A $10 Concierge Fee and a System Fee will be added to your total invoice. By booking BoomZip Services, you agree that your usage of BoomZip’s services will be governed by BoomZip’s Terms of Use and Privacy. Discounts, Referral Codes, and all other Promotion Codes are not applied to bookings made via BoomZip Special Request. Costs for services as shown on this website are the same as the pricing shown on the App. Payment terms may differ for some services booked via this form versus the BoomZip App.
