BoomZip’s Yoga Pro will lead you through a wonderful session with your baby (toddler or preschooler) that will give you focused stretches and mindful breathing exercises that will increase your abdominal strength, activate your pelvic floor muscles, and tone your body overall. Your baby will benefit from the session by developing improved motor and sensory skills, enhanced digestive processes, and better sleeping patterns. PRENATAL YOGA

Are you pregnant? Would you like to stay relaxed and fit during this time of amazing changes in and to your body? Would you like to prepare your body for labor and promote your baby’s health? Great! BoomZip’s highly trained yoga teachers will lead you through gentle stretching and postures based on your unique needs that relax you, improve your breath awareness, help you maintain flexibility, reduce physical tension, and keep you mentally centered – – all while nurturing you and your baby. BoomZip’s personalized Prenatal Yoga sessions – provided to you in the comfort of your own home or office – focus on helping you prepare for the beautiful process of pregnancy and childbirth. Research suggests that prenatal yoga can help improve your sleep, increase the strength & endurance of muscles that you’ll need for childbirth, decrease pain in your lower back, help limit headaches & nausea, reduce or manage shortness of breath during your pregnancy, and manage the contractions during labor.
